On procrastination, which often stems from deeper issues like fear or perfectionism, strategies include breaking large tasks into smaller steps, using the “two-minute rule” to handle quick tasks immediately, setting time limits, rewarding progress, and shifting our mindset toward tasks. By applying these techniques, we can foster greater productivity and effectively move toward our goals.
